Going off zoloft was as bad as going on but at that time my depressin was not bad. I'm now trying Gaba to see if it will help with the anxiety, will also try L-theanine. Go out and walk, pray, read a good book, ride a bike or learn something new. Were you noticing any other side effects with the dose increase?I am sorry that this happened to you.
